Financial
- Check and reconcile client company bank statements against invoices and receipt of service charges on a regular basis with credit control where necessary.
- Monitor and pay client company invoices for regular maintenance e.g. gardening, window cleaning, communal area cleaning etc. and any other routine works required.
- Pay invoices to contractors appointed by client company directors for any other works as necessary, after instruction from such directors.
- Monitor provision of client company communal utilities e.g. water, electricity and payment of invoices.
- Prepare and file annual accounts for client companies using a Chartered Accountant at Companies House or FCA and advise on any tax implications arising.
- Prepare draft annual budget for agreement with client company directors.
Company Secretarial and Administrative
- Carry out Corporate Company Secretary duties.
- Provide registered office location for client companies.
- Provide and maintain client company Members and Directors Register and contact details.
- Compile and submit annual confirmation statements to Companies House.
- Arrange buildings and Directors & Officers insurance cover and any other as appropriate, initiate and monitor claims.
- Organise, attend and minute client company Board and General meetings ensuring attendance of a quorum and adherence to the Client Company Articles.

Sally's Background
With 18 years of experience working in the City for a leading bank, including roles in both Human Resources and Financial Management, I developed a strong foundation in corporate operations and client service.
After starting a family and relocating from London, I transitioned into the property sector—initially with a residential letting agency, followed by a long-term role in property management, where I built extensive knowledge of the day-to-day demands of managing residential portfolios.
In 2021, the opportunity arose to take over an established managing agents business. Since then, we've proudly managed a portfolio of 15 client companies, including purpose-built blocks of flats, converted properties of around 10 units, and private estates comprising a small number of larger homes.
Michael's Background
I have over 35 years' experience in the building and property sector, working across residential and civil engineering projects. As a qualified civil engineer, I've acted as both a consultant and contractor, supporting private clients, landlords, and property management companies with a wide range of construction and infrastructure needs.
My career has included:
- 1985 – 1990: Site Manager on civil engineering projects valued up to £1 million
- 1990 – 1992: Operations Director for housing development projects
- 1992 – 2001: Director of a building and landscape contracting company
- 2001 – 2005: Owner of a specialist drainage business
- 2005 – present: Owner of a civil engineering and building company
- 2020 – present: Owner of a specialist drainage company
- 2021 – present: Co-owner of RWB Property Management Ltd
My experience spans all aspects of construction—from site management and infrastructure through to private residential projects—bringing practical, hands-on expertise to every property we manage.
